Bacon Wrapped Salmon

Grilled salmon wrapped in turkey bacon, topped with candied walnuts on a bed of mixed fresh veggies and cannelloni beans.

   First of all, it’s cannellini beans, not cannelloni beans. Cannelloni is a stuffed pasta. Second, that dish is an absolute disaster. There are so many flavors, none of them complementary, that it is complete and total fail. Nothing about it looks or even sounds good.

   I think its a good idea just way overdone, like bacon wrapped salmon with candied walnuts sounded good, then i saw the picture and there is just as much walnuts as fish! Veggies also all look very different making too many flavors, just needs to be simplified i think
