   What soup? That looks like some leftover ham bits, boiled potatoes, and green beans so overcooked that they disintegrate if touched with a bit of chicken broth at the bottom of the plate. Frankly, that looks like something you would find served at a state run nursing home. Disgusting and about as far from looking good as you can get without being prison food. Why is this on this site?

   I have to agree. It does not appear that the potato, beans or ham for that matter, were simmered in the broth like soup, but thrown on top for a picture.
