Homemade Pizza With Fresh Basil & Mozzarella

That looks like the traditional Italian pizza. No wonder they used to call it the poor man’s food. Once it got to Chicago, it was transformed into a true masterpiece. Put the chesse on the bottom, then the sauce, then on top the ingredients in a thick crust. I have made them at home, and they are wonderful, costs about $9.00 to make one.
