I thought we were finally getting past the “let’s put every damn thing in an egg roll” phase in cuisine. I don’t see any way that steak and cheese can be improved by putting it in an egg roll skin and frying it vs. putting it in some delicious bread and enjoying it as a sandwich or even using it as a pizza topping. Just because something is fried, that doesn’t make it taste better – just greasier and more fattening.
