A patty composed of 50% ground beef short rib and 50% ground pork belly, tomato confit steak (with olive oil), fried arugula, beer braised sweet onions, caramelized cabernet pickled red onion, homemade baconaise from scratch made with bacon drippings instead of oil, and 12 year aged Irish white cheddar all on a sesame seed bun.
